Job Description

You will work as a small to large bus driver at a company that operates and manages chartered buses for events, sightseeing buses, and taxis. The company is also a travel agency, and accompanying tours will give you the opportunity to enjoy supporting guests on their memorable trips.

Chartered bus driver (no experience required)
Job description
1. Operating chartered buses for events, etc.
2. Operating tourist buses for day trips, etc.
3. Preparing reports
4. Pre-boarding inspection and maintenance of small to large buses
5. Attending safety education and various training courses
*On days when the bus is not in operation, you may be asked to work as a taxi driver.
Qualifications for application
1. Under 65 years of age (to set the retirement age as the upper limit)
2. No experience required
3. Hold a regular driver's license (automatic transmission not acceptable)

Salary
For those with no experience: Monthly salary of 204,000 yen or more + various allowances
Experience, ability, and age will be taken into consideration when deciding.
For those with experience driving large buses, 252,000 yen or more + various allowances

Working hours
9:00-18:00
・However, this may vary depending on the route
・You will not be driving almost all day. When you arrive at your destination, you will be required to take a break just like the customer.
・Continuous driving time up to 4 hours (30-minute break required)
・Average monthly overtime of 20 hours
Holidays and vacations
105 days per year (100 days of company-designated holidays + 5 days of mandatory paid leave)
・Holidays are on a shift system
・Saturdays and Sundays can also be taken off
