    What types of vehicles are there?

    We offer three types of vehicles: Crown Sedan, Japan Taxi, and Jumbo Taxi.

    How many passengers can a taxi accommodate?

    A standard taxi can accommodate up to 4 passengers, while a Jumbo Taxi can accommodate up to 9 passengers.

    Can I use credit cards or electronic payments?

    We accept various credit cards, transportation IC cards, and QR payments.

    How much do I have to pay if I use a taxi on the expressway?

    Highway toll fees are separate from the fare and must be paid by the customer.

    Are there smoking cars?

    All cars are non-smoking, so there are no smoking cars (including electronic cigarettes).

    Are there any discounts for people with disabilities?

    Please present your notebook when boarding. You will receive a 10% discount off the fare.

    Why are the fares different for the same route?

    Taxi fares are calculated using a time-distance system, so they may vary due to traffic congestion or waiting at signals.

    Can you call me when the taxi arrives?

    Yes, this is possible. Please let us know when you make your reservation.

    Do you provide designated driving services?

    This is not done by our company.

    I would like to bring my pet into the taxi. Is this possible?

    You may board the bus with your pet if it is in a cage or similar and does not interfere with the driver's safe driving (it is not acceptable to wrap it in a blanket, etc.). However, assistance dogs for the physically disabled, such as guide dogs and hearing dogs, may board the bus as is.

    How much luggage can fit in the trunk?

    For sedan types, up to two suitcases (medium size) and two to three golf bags are allowed. If the luggage does not fit in the trunk, you may be asked to put them inside the vehicle.

    Can you transport just my luggage by taxi?

    We cannot transport luggage only.

    Can I pay later or by invoice?

    We only accept corporate customers. Please contact us in advance.

    What should I do if I leave something in a taxi?

    Please contact us and tell us your name, the characteristics of the lost item, and the pickup location and date and time. Valuables may be reported to the police immediately.

    Can I get a quote for the usage fee?

    As fares vary depending on the operation conditions, we are unable to provide estimates (a combined time and distance fare system applies). We can provide you with a rough estimate.

    I would like to transport items used at a sports day or BBQ. Can I make a reservation?

    Please note that we may refuse to accept items that will stain the interior of the vehicle. Please consult with us in advance.

    What types of buses are there?

    There are three main types:





    1. Large Bus: Up to 60 passengers (with additional seats, number of additional seats varies depending on the vehicle model)




    2. Medium Bus: Up to 28 passengers (no additional seats)




    3. Micro Bus: Up to 28 passengers (with additional seats)




    Does the bus have a toilet?

    We do not have one, but please rest assured that we will take breaks during operation.

    How much does the bus fare cost?

    The fare is calculated based on the vehicle type, time of use, and distance traveled. In addition, the fare varies depending on the date of use, so please contact us for details.

    Does the bus have a driver?

    A professional driver will be at the wheel.

    Are there additional costs for the driver and fuel?

    It is included in the fare price.

    Are there any other costs besides the shipping fee?

    The customer will be responsible for toll road fees, paid parking fees, and for driver accommodation costs if the trip involves overnight stays.

    Will there be a bus guide or tour conductor?

    If necessary, we will dispatch personnel through our contracted company. All dispatch fees will be borne by the customer.

    How can I reserve a bus?

    Reservations can be made by email, phone, fax or in person. (Tentative reservations are not accepted.)

    Is the bus quote free?

    Of course it's free. Please feel free to contact us.

    What if I need to change something about my reservation?

    Please let us know as soon as possible if you need to change the departure point or time, or if you need to change the type or number of vehicles.

    Is there a cancellation fee?

    On the day of the event... 100%

    The day before... 50%

    From 7 days to 24 hours before... 30%

    From 14 days to 8 days before... 20%

    When do I pay for the bus fare?

    As a general rule, full payment is required before departure. *For school-related transportation, payment can be made at a later date under special contract.

    What is the cancellation fee if the event is cancelled due to rain?

    There will be no cancellation fee only if the company agrees to cancel the tour due to rain with prior consent. (Please contact us for club activities, field trips, etc.)

    Is transportation available for weddings and funerals?

    We provide transportation services for weddings and funerals. Please contact us in advance.

    Can you arrange and handle all aspects of a bus trip reservation?

    We can arrange everything from itinerary planning to reservations for accommodations, meals, and facility admissions. We handle all aspects of bus travel arrangements.
