Is there a taxi pick-up fee?
With some exceptions, there is no pick-up fee.
What types of vehicles are there?
The three models are the Japan Taxi, the Crown sedan, and the Solio Bandit.
How many passengers can a taxi accommodate?
Up to four passengers can ride in the vehicle.
How many children per adult?
Children under 12 years old are considered children, and those over 12 years old are considered adults. 3 children = 2 adults 4 children = 3 adults 5 children = 4 adults
What are the ways to pay for a taxi fare?
In addition to cash, you can also use credit cards, QR codes, and taxi tickets.
Are there any discounts for people with disabilities?
Please present your notebook when boarding. You will receive a 10% discount off the fare. *Cannot be used in conjunction with the Okayama Ai Card discount.
Can I get a discount with the Okayama Ai Card?
Please present your certificate when boarding. You will receive a 10% discount off the fare. *Cannot be used in conjunction with the disability discount.
I'd like to call a taxi right away. How long will it take to arrive?
Once you contact us, we will search for a nearby vehicle and let you know the estimated time it will take to arrive. Depending on the traffic conditions, we may not be able to arrive immediately.
Why are the fares different for the same route?
Taxi fares are calculated based on both distance and time. When the taxi is stopped or traveling at less than 10km/h, 100 yen is added for every 105 seconds.
Can you call me when the taxi arrives?
Yes, this is possible. Please let us know when you make your reservation.
Can I make a reservation early in the morning?
Please contact us. We may not be able to accommodate your request depending on the weather and reservation status.
Do I have to book return transportation separately?
You can apply for both at once, so please let us know.
Can I cancel or change my reservation?
Yes, that is possible. Please be sure to contact us by phone.
Can I pay later or by invoice?
We only accept corporate customers. Please contact us in advance.
Can I get a quote for the usage fee?
As fares vary depending on the operation conditions, we are unable to provide estimates (a combined time and distance fare system applies). We can provide you with a rough estimate.
What should I do if I leave something in a taxi?
Please contact us and tell us your name, the characteristics of the lost item, and the pickup location and date and time. Valuables may be reported to the police immediately.
I would like to bring my pet into the taxi. Is this possible?
You may board the bus with your pet if it is in a cage or similar and does not interfere with the driver's safe driving (it is not acceptable to wrap it in a blanket, etc.). However, assistance dogs for the physically disabled, such as guide dogs and hearing dogs, may board the bus as is.
I would like to transport items used at a sports day or BBQ. Can I make a reservation?
Please note that we may refuse to accept items that will stain the interior of the vehicle. Please consult with us in advance.
How much luggage can fit in the trunk?
For sedan types, up to two suitcases (medium size) and two to three golf bags are allowed. If the luggage does not fit in the trunk, you may be asked to put them inside the vehicle.
Are there jumbo taxis?
Not currently available.
Do you have welfare vehicles?
Not currently available.
Are there smoking cars?
All cars are non-smoking, so there are no smoking cars (including electronic cigarettes).
Do you provide designated driving services?
This is not done by our company.
Can you transport just my luggage by taxi?
We cannot transport luggage only.

BUS FAQ
What types of buses are there?
There are three main types: 1) Large buses, seating 29-60 people; 2) Medium-sized buses, seating 24-28 people; and 3) Small buses, seating 19-27 people.
Does the bus have a toilet?
We do not have one, but please rest assured that we will take breaks during operation.
How much does the bus fare cost?
The fare is calculated based on the vehicle type, time of use, and distance traveled. In addition, the fare varies depending on the date of use, so please contact us for details.
Does the bus have a driver?
A professional driver will be at the wheel.
Are there additional costs for the driver and fuel?
It is included in the fare price.
Are there any other costs besides the shipping fee?
The customer will be responsible for toll road fees, paid parking fees, and for driver accommodation costs if the trip involves overnight stays.
Will there be a bus guide or tour conductor?
If necessary, we will dispatch personnel through our contracted company. All dispatch fees will be borne by the customer.
I would like to go on a bus trip. How do I make a reservation/application?
We handle all bus travel-related matters, from proposing route plans to booking and arranging accommodation, meals, and admission to facilities.
How can I reserve a bus?
Reservations can be made by email, phone, fax or in person. (Tentative reservations are not accepted.)
Is the bus quote free?
Of course it's free. Please feel free to contact us.
When is the application period?
Except for special cases such as school trips, reservations are accepted from six months before departure. If there is a vehicle available, reservations can be made up to three days before the departure date. (Reservations can also be made the day before for funeral transportation.)
What if I need to change something about my reservation?
Please let us know as soon as possible if you need to change the departure point or time, or if you need to change the type or number of vehicles.
Is there a cancellation fee?
20%: 14 to 8 days before the pickup date 30%: 7 days to 24 hours before 50%: The day before 100%: On the day
When do I pay for the bus fare?
As a general rule, full payment is required before departure. *For school-related transportation, payment can be made at a later date under special contract.
What is the cancellation fee if the event is cancelled due to rain?
There will be no cancellation fee only if the company agrees to cancel the tour due to rain with prior consent. (Please contact us for club activities, field trips, etc.)
What about for weddings, funerals, and other ceremonial occasions?
