What’s Included in Charter Bus Pricing?One of the most common questions we receive from travel agencies and individual organizers is:
“Does the bus fare include fuel and driver costs?”
■ What’s Included in the Fare
At Inari Kotsu, our charter bus fare generally includes:
・Vehicle fee
・Driver's labor cost
・Fuel costs
・Maintenance and insurance
In other words, everything necessary to operate the bus safely is already included.
■ Additional Costs (Depending on Usage)
Some costs may be charged separately depending on the trip details:
・Expressway tolls
・Parking fees
・Driver accommodation (for long-distance or overnight trips)
・Additional driver fee (if long duty hours are required)
All additional costs will be clearly stated in the estimate.
■ Can I Rent the Bus Without a Driver?
No. Charter bus rentals are transportation services regulated by law.
For safety reasons, our licensed drivers must always operate the vehicle.
