    Ryoji Matsuda, the second-generation president of Inari Kotsu, has more than 40 years of experience in the passenger transportation industry, during which he served as chairman of the Okayama Prefecture Travel Association and branch chief of Okayama Prefecture.

    He is currently serving as a director of the Okayama Prefecture Bus Association. His deep passion for the industry has driven innovative initiatives, as evidenced by his crisis management during the Great Hanshin-Awaji Earthquake and the 2011 Tohoku Heavy Rains. His decisiveness and deep sense of responsibility to society have influenced many people.
