❓ No.1: "How much is it from here to there?"
The most frequently asked question!
Taxi fares are calculated based on distance and time (including traffic and signals), so we cannot give an exact price in advance, but we can provide a rough estimate.

Let us know your starting and destination points, and we’ll provide an estimate based on past ride data.

❓ No.2: "Why does it say 'Statement' instead of 'Receipt' when I pay by card?"
If you pay by cash, your receipt will say "領収証" (Receipt).
However, for cashless payments like credit card, QR code, or ticket, it will say "計算書" (Statement) due to Japanese tax regulations—because no physical cash changes hands.

If you still require an official receipt for reimbursement purposes, we can issue a PDF fare confirmation certificate via email.
Please request this in advance.

❓ No.3: "Can I take a one-way ride to the airport using the 30-minute charter fare (¥3,550)?"
This is a very common question—but no, this fare does not apply to simple one-way transfers.
Charter fares are valid only for round-trip operations, such as sightseeing or business trips involving multiple stops or waiting time.

A simple drop-off or transfer is meter-based only.

❓ No.4: "I called, but the taxi isn’t here yet!"
We often get this complaint.
Please understand that taxis are not always waiting nearby. After your call, it may take time to dispatch depending on distance, traffic, or other bookings.

We recommend calling early, especially during busy times.

❓ No.5: "Can the driver pick me up at the ticket gate or arrival gate?"
Yes!
If you request in advance, our driver can meet you at the station ticket gate or airport arrival gate with a nameplate.
